Yes it does! The hours are awful! I get up at 5 a.m. Leave home by 06.30 to beat the traffic. I'm supposed to start work at 8 am. and finish by 4pm but never get out till maybe 5.30 or 6 pm. Hi, I carry a 1Litre bottle of water to work each day. I take sips until it is finished. Maybe you are trying to take a full glass each time. Drinking water helps to control the appetite. Don't wait until you are thirsty. Just take sips. 4-5 cups is not bad anyway. Hope this helps.

Try a heart rate monitor. I just got one and it's working out fine. It does help to know that you are getting somewhere.

Hi. Get your blood work done and also check your sleep pattern. It is possible that you are not getting enough sleep or that the quality of sleep is poor. take a good multivitamin also. My problem was that I was not getting enough sleep and the quality was poor. Hope that helps.
