i've not had constant internet access since moving - hope that gets better. i've worked out everyday this week so far (5 days) between exercise classes, construction cleaning, unpacking & organizing - so i feel good about all of that. i've done 150 crunches & 150 squats (a few of those squats i did while washing walls - up…

worked out 5 days this week (including 2 days of moving - carrying boxes up stairs instead of using elevator) ate breakfast all 7 days this week didn't do anymore bicycle crunches nor squats released 1 pound this week!!!!! :smile:

fantastic job, squishypop!!!!!! way to go! as far as this weeks challenge: worked out 3 times this week, so far done all the crunches (135) done 140 squats so far will be moving this weekend - so plan on counting that for my something new have eaten breakfast every day this week hopefully, the scale will move this weekend.

i finished the 4 days of exercise i went for a hike which felt great i only did 200 squats - my legs were so sore that was all i could handle i ate fish twice this week i didn't post a recipe i did get in my personal goal of 100 ou of water each day - except for monday, as noted above pj - hope you're feeling better & sad…
