i didn't really like any of the show. & low numbers doesn't cover - with 8 people, they lost a combined total of 14 lbs - that's just crazy; less than 2 lbs per person. hated the boxed butterflies - those are living things trapped in small boxes; the things people think of to do to other living things is astoundingly…

1. getting thru the holidays - so, i'm not going home for either of the holidays which will make it easier to choose what i eat. i am going back east for a week in december yet if we do any festive type things - it will be to go out to eat and i'll be able to choose what i eat. i am staying at my sister's house & although…

ok, so i have no idea what i'm going to do for all of this yet. and i know i'll have to find an accountability partner. anyone interested?
-
the show was okay - i'm still not thrilled with it yet had some hope when allison said they were half way thru & 10 weeks left to go, so i think they're extending the show this season.. perhaps it's why they're not pushing the contestants for double digits so hopefully they'll have time to get to healthy weights before the…

it was an okay show this week. still bewildered that contestants weigh so much yet are losing single digits... the show will have to run for months and months and months to get them to a healthy weight at this rate. the NFL players were cool! i organized & cleaned my living room and bedroom during the commercials.

i'm up 1.6 lbs today - not really a surprise as i've been grain free for awhile now yet i've been having challenges falling asleep before 5 am so last week, i began eating sandwiches for dinner - knowing that simple carbs put me out. it worked yet not great for my weight so i'll have to play and figure out how to get to…

great point - thanks for the reminder!

so, i got in the water and ate healthy and worked on the house for over an hour yet obviously i'm not in bed yet - just not tired... so, 3 out of 4 isn't bad!

I have just been so challenged with weight release for a while. I'm going to try to keep my goals simple with the intent to actually meet them. 1. Drink at least 50 ounces of water - I used to drink 100 ounces easy, yet lately i'm lucky if i'm swallowing 24 ounces, so going to increase in increments rather than just…
-
oh ya - i cleaned my entire kitchen during the show - i can watch my tv from my entire kitchen so decided to do that instead of just during the commercials.
-
so, i just watched the show. i feel like everyone on the show is settling for mediocre this season - they're happy with single digits when they're still over 300 lbs. i don't get it. and watching bob do yoga with the moms and talking them thru stuff - i just miss his approach and he just doesn't get enough air time. by the…

i did great with not napping in the afternoons - got more done around the house which is great! - glad i didn't commit to the other thing as i was not able to pull it off even once this week, yet figure i did make a major change by not giving into my late afternoon lazy time so that's enough for one week?!!!!!
-
this episode was good. i really liked the team challenge. i'm with you, brooke, i'd like to see more of Bob even though i think comeback canyon is a failure - i think if people stayed at least 2 weeks & they averaged those 2 weeks together, it might make a difference. i did wall squats during the commercials cuz my knees &…

i'm going to drop my late afternoon lazy time which usually lasts for more than a few hours (starting just after 3 pm usually)... think of all i could be getting done in that time :# i may drop one more thing yet i'm not ready to commit to that quite yet so i'll let you know later! have a great week!
-
i unloaded the dishwasher & did a few squats while i did it. and then on the next commercial break, i loaded the dishwasher and cleaned the rest of the kitchen. still no surprise at comeback canyon! and yet i'm surprised that men who are still over 300 lbs are happy loosing single digits - seems like they should be in…

apologies - i don't really do social media so looks like i'm out of this challenge.

again, i didn't lose a pound. i changed my scale which weighs me in 1.5 lbs more than my old scale, so i changed my weights on the spreadsheet to reflect the new scale weight all the way through. i weighed in at 163.5 lbs today.
-
still at 162.

i can't figure out how to do this. i have some saved on my desktop so there's no website address & i can't seem to get them to post here. any ideas?
-
not happy with the scale this morning and at least it stayed where i was last monday, so i'm going to get more serious about my daily goals: Today, i will: 1. drink at least 80 ounces of water (oops, almost typed coffee!!!! - that'd kill me! ) 2. eat small, healthy meals every 3 hours 3. check out the yoga studio…
-
ok, so i'm still at the same weight i was last monday morning... so i'm going to step up my game and make my goals more intense each day. no more of this ***** footing around like i've done the last two days, it just doesn't get me where i want to really be. congrats to everyone who released weight!!!! even just a part of…
-
great job to both of you!!! congratulations! i consider any loss a success. i just want to clarify - i think i read that we have to have weights in by monday night, is that correct? 'cuz i generally do my weigh in on monday mornings & i'd like to keep it then, if it's possible. thanks.
-
i'm just going to keep the same goals as yesterday: 1. 72 ounces of water 2. stay under 1200 calories by eating healthy foods and continue de-cluttering...
-
So, since this is my first day in this challenge & my first day back to MFP in quite a while, i'm going to keep this simple today: 1. drink 72 ounces of water, minimum 2. have a grain-free, gluten-free eating day and stay under 1200 calories for the day non-health related yet happiness related: - de-clutter at least 2…

Hi all - I'm Katie, 51 years old, living in the Colorado Rockies which i love! I want to get in better shape so that i feel more comfortable taking long hikes through Rocky Mountain National Park which is basically in my back yard. I have about 30 lbs or so to release to feel like i want to feel yet i'm flexible on that -…

ljdanny - sending light & prayers to you & your mom. hoping all the best and sad that you're both having this experience - at least you can be there for her. definitely, don't worry about us - take good care of yourself. my weight is still at 159. and i got no exercise in this week as i was just at the hospital so much…

so, 26 miles and then some.... it's gonna be rough, i think, to get it in yet i'll do my best. today is already over, so that gives me 5 days, if i include monday, to do it. so, that's just over 5 miles a day.... huh, doesn't seem too bad if i get myself to the treadmill yet i doubt i'm gonna do it at any descent pace…
