  • I too am doing small changes at a time. I changed out flavored coffee creamer for no-sugar vanilla almond milk. I also changed to greek yogurt. I buy the frozen bags of fuit- mixed berry, strawberry and peaches- and will thaw and blend what I need and add them to the yogurt. That way I can change the yogurt flavor by day,…
