  • Yes, my house is dirty... and I admit it. Not call social services dirty, but won't pass the white glove test dirty. I make time for what's important. When I'm on my death bed, I don't think I'll say, "If only my kitchen were a little cleaner..." But I will treasure running around playing tag with my kids. And besides...…
  • Ah...But an honest man...
  • I was raised on fried bologna sandwhiches, chicken nuggets and french fries. If I saw a vegetable growing up it was buried under breading and deep-fried...
  • Well, if we're just going by these two pictures, I would say guy #1. Cause Guy #1 is like, "yeah, I take care of myself, but I got time for other things too..." Where as guy #2 is like.. "Look at my physique yee mere mortals, for I am God-like and my body is everything to me." More power to you if body building is your…
  • I didn't meet my husband on a website. We met in a computer lab. Kinda the same. Maybe? :-)
  • I lost my boobs.. Gone... Completely... But I found them again at Vicotria Secrets. Yay Bombshell bra! Never spent so much on a bra but worth every hard-earned penny. If only I could move the chub in my saddle bags up to my chest... But until we develop fat relocation technology, I'm stuck buying bras that could double as…
  • Congrats!! That's awesome!! Print that Ticker out and stick it on your fridge or your vanity mirror, or any place you'll see it often so it can encourage you everyday!
  • Because when all my kid's little friends come over, they beg me to come outside and play too... And I do! ( A game of tag with a bunch of 8 year olds can really burn a lot of calories...)
  • Hmm.. I would take half of the bannana, slice it up, put one tablespoon of yogurt on the bananas. Then take 2 almonds, sliver them and sprinkle it on top. ( hey, if we can have our cell phones, we can be stranded with cooking utensils too right? ) Then I would use the oreo to poison some fish. (I like protien for…
  • My curves. Sometimes I want to shrink my hips a bit, but I wouldn't want to lose my curves... And I like my arms, they're getting toned and looking better everyday!
  • It's my Unix log in name from college. Yeah.. I know... I'm just a techie geek I guess.
  • ^ In 7th grade my dream was to be an exobiologist. (The study of life on other planets.) Not a lot of job opportunities there, so I studied Computer Science instead... < Now, I'm a Technology consultant who would rather be an organic farmer. V If you were a vehicle, what make and model would you be?

  • I don't get enough of a calorie burn to track hoofing it out to my deerstand; since it's pretty much in my back yard. But, when a big buck goes by, it does get the heart rate up... Could that count as cardio? But, small game I track as exercise, as walking. Especially on a cold day, burn even more calories staying…
  • I like to chop them up with rutabaga and parsnips and broil them with a dash of olive olive oil. Then once they cool, put them on top of fresh spinach for a yummy spinach and root salad.
  • That's Awesome!! I've found one of the best things about weight loss is to be able to do things with my kids that I wouldn't have been able to do before. Enjoy your little victory and have fun with your son.

  • I'm starting week 3 of Insanity and I really like it because you get results pretty quickly, it's very intense and far from boring. However, if you have any knee or back problems you might want to choose a different workout as there's a lots of jumping. I LOVE it and I love the challenge. Although, I can't keep up with it…

  • I'll be starting week 3 of Insanity this week. The first week I thought, um... no way... But I kept at it and I've seen a huge improvement in how well I can keep up, which is very encouraging! If you'd like, we can be friends and encourage each other, even if we're not on the same week.
