I forgot that I didn't share yesterday that we spent the morning at the emergency vet. Our corgi injured his back. He is on three medicines now, but is much more comfortable.

Rainy afternoon/evening. It's supposed to rain every other day all week. Today, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. I think they said Saturday night, too.

I had a great day at work today. We are going to look at three properties tomorrow. The mountain homes did not work out, but I am excited about the three we are going to look at.

Sunday, I think I did an additional 35 minutes on top of what I had already posted. Yesterday was 10 minutes strength training. Today was 75 minutes strength training.

Good morning. We are up extra early today. We normally wake up around 5 something and the alarm is set for 6 just in case. We woke up at 4 this morning. I have a lot to do at work this week.

Thank you Sandra. I never considered myself strong or inspirational, but Lucas' health has taught me that I am strong and my weight loss efforts have shown me that I am strong and that I can inspire others. That is so great that you had an orange instead of sweets.

Thank you Sandra. I am glad you are feeling better. Quiet day here. Played a game and have been reading a book. Hubby often doesn't feel well for several days after chemo so he has been resting a lot.

Sandra, that is great not having any sugar or salt. I am sorry you were so scared. I think of you all the time. I lost 1.3 this week. I've now lost just over 70 pounds/20% of my start weight. I met my next goal, so I ordered my reward.
