Hi All. We have to take our Christmas tree for recycling today and pick up some prescriptions. I need to work a couple hours today, too, because I did not work enough extra throughout the week to make up for his chemo.

I forgot to post my new years weigh in. It was 292.8 :( I was really disappointed in myself. That's almost 10 pounds gained in two weeks.

3rd - PT wrist exercises. 4th - fast paced walk. Both were 10 minutes.

I forgot to log in yesterday. My tendonitis has been acting up since Friday. My wrist is hurting, but I'm doing my PT exercises.

I did good yesterday. I passed my overall daily step goal and my fitbit prompts me to aim for 250 steps (or more) every hour from 7 am to 5 pm and I never do it, but I did it yesterday.
