It has been a good day. Diamond painting, cleaning, exercising, cooking, baking, playing a game. I called my mom for a few minutes between eating late lunch and baking tomorrow's dessert. I got quite a bit done on my corgi diamond painting. It's coming along nicely.

I've eaten less than 2/3 of my points for the day. Lunch and dinner were both reasonably healthy, so I have more points left than usual for this time of day. I walked up and down a steep hill to get to the community mail station and back.

Good morning. I woke up at 4:30 this morning. It's 6 now and I am enjoying my coffee while browsing the web. I have a really bad headache, so I am probably going to step away from the screen for a bit and relax. I will probably take some tylenol. Happy Sunday.

Weekly weigh in day: Down 3.2 for the week. I am 2.6 and 3 pounds away from my year end goals. 2.6 pounds will bring me to 70 pounds lost. 3 pounds will bring me to 20% lost. I am so stoked that I am withing reach of my goals on time.

I did good at dinner. We went for vaccines today. Hubby wanted their chicken tenders from the deli at the grocery store we got our vaccines from. I picked out a salad and ate just two small tenders with it. I am pleased with how I did.

That means a lot to me Sandra. I have learned the hard way to never give up. I was right around 255 to 255 6 years ago. I had lost almost 50 pounds and then hit a plateau. Mid week scale peek: I'm a pound lower than I was at my weigh in Saturday. I am hopeful that I can reach my year end goal. It will not be easy, but I will not give up trying.

I hate that so many places are moving to self check out entirely or almost entirely. Finished work for the day and did 20 minutes of fast paced laps in my house.
