Good morning. My body analysis/smart scale arrived yesterday. I am not as bad off as I feared I might be. I am looking forward to seeing more indicators of progress as I continue to lose weight.

I made a poor choice today. I was hungry at lunch time and I baked a package of biscuits that I had bought to make pot pie with (before we ate all the leftover turkey). It has been rainy here. Going back and forth between warm and cool. I am frustrated with my weight. The 5 pounds to lose before the end of the year has turned into nearly 10.

Sorry I missed yesterday. I slept in and went to bed early, making up for not sleeping the night before. I feel better now. Saturday I wound up with a total of 95 minutes of cleaning and organizing. Yesterday was 10 minute walk up / down the steep hill to the mail center. Today was 10 minutes of hand weights and resistance bands.

So far today, I've done 65 minutes of cleaning and organizing, including many trips up and down the step ladder.

I cannot sleep so I have been working on my kitchen. I've spent over an hour (off and on). I reorganized two of my cabinets so that I can find things and know what I have. Then I organized my counter tops (the breads, etc) so that I actually have prep space now. It looks so much better.

Pretty tree. We are doing okay. We have some sinus issues today (and I did yesterday too). He felt off balance until he took a decongestant. I feel off balance and have a lot of sinus pain and pressure. No fever. Just change in weather, I think. Here is our tree. Hm, I guess I didn't save the newest pictures to my PC yet…
