Yesterday was 10 minutes strength training, 10 minutes walk. Today was 10 minutes walk (to the mail with the steep hill) and 60 minutes sort clean move toss.

It sounds like they found his owners and they are going to go for him. It did encourage me to reach out to a breeder of his breed to confirm my suspicions.... They want you to agree to wait a year to neuter and I'm not willing to do that. Looks like another Pembroke corgi is our future puppy. Not that I'm disappointed. I…

My honest to God dream dog is on stray hold at an animal shelter less than an hour from me. I know when he's available. I filled out an application. But they've had over 100 calls about him. It's first come, first serve. They told me people line up for hours ahead of opening time for dogs like him. My husband is a cancer…

Good morning. My turkey is in the brine. I did not have a container both long enough and tall enough, so I put it breast side down and will have to turn it over at some point to brine the bottom. Then, early tomorrow morning, I will flip it breast side down again to brine on that side a little more before I inject it and…

Wonderful Sandra! I know you will enjoy having him home. I walked to the mail and back and the package I was hoping for wasn't there. Oh well. Today I had my first diet soda in 6-7 weeks. It was so good. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, I guess. I have been drinking just water, tea with stevia and coffee with stevia.

15 minute walk and 10 minutes strength training. Part of my walk was up and down a hill that is steep for me.

My eating has been okay. Not terrible, not great. I am tired of being stuck again at the same weight. Guess I need to make my eating great instead of just okay. It's certainly not lack of exercise.

Good morning. It's Monday so back to work in a few minutes. At least it is a short week for the Thanksgiving holidays. Have a good day.

Thanks Sandra. Some days I really don't want to, but I do it anyways. I am trying to always remind myself of the benefits of staying on plan. I've been the same weight the last three weeks in a row (and before that I was a couple pounds less than I am now, so I haven't really lost anything this month at all. It is hard to…

I am having a lazy Sunday so far. I read a chapter in my book, Think Yourself Thin, and I worked on my diamond painting. After the grocery delivery arrives I am going to make stuffed shells for our dinner. I guess I shouldn't say I am having a lazy day because I did my walk already today. It has been over 4 months now…

Still 286.6 (I had a typo the other day). Third week in a row at the same weight. Better than a gain.

Hugs Sandra.

Enjoy your quiet weekend Sandra.

He's hanging in there. He had a blood clot a couple weeks ago and we wound up in the ER last weekend because he had severe pain in the arm that had the clot. Must be neuropathy (again) because the ultrasound showed that the clot had disappeared. The blood thinners are doing their job. Thank you for asking about him. I…

Sandra, I have a couple people from the original group on my friends list. Let me know if you would like me to inbox you usernames.

My grocery delivery order arrived. It was a little late, but it got here. It's all put away and I have two extra bags that I did not order. Placed them near my front door (inside) so that if someone comes for them to take them to whoever ordered them, they are easy for me to grab and hand them over. They are pantry goods,…

Sandra, yours reminds me of a lyric from one of my favorite songs. "If one door opens to another door closed, I hope you keep on walking 'til you find a window."

Last week was 286.8. I weigh on Saturdays, so I will update in a couple days.

Hi everyone. I didn't see the group invite - sorry I am late.

My mini goal is to reach 20% of my start weight lost. 12.8 pounds to go. However, the goal that is motivating me is my medium-term goal. When I lose another 93.8 pounds, my husband is going to let me get the puppy that I've been asking for.

Way to go! This really inspires me. I started at 351.4. My current goal is 200, but by tentative overall goal is 150. I've never been under 230 as an adult, so I don't know yet at what weight I will feel healthy, so my overall goal is tentative until I get closer.

We used to leave near a place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana called Counter Culture that sold Only 8. It's the best tasting frozen yogurt I've ever had. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find it in metro Atlanta. It doesn't help that there is no store locator on their website. I wish the company made it easier to find locations…

Zumba Fitness Total Body Transformation System DVD Set is $100, but it has over 1000 reviews and 4 1/2 stars. It comes with 4 DVDs, so maybe it's worth the money?

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Dmovies-tv&field-keywords=zumba You can read reviews on amazon and see which ones people like. I just went to search "movies and tv" for zumba.

frozen pizza, which is totally not healthy. If I have salad in the house, I'll fix that with the pizza... We're trying.

I am a DD and I would LOVE to have smaller breasts. They are just so saggy. I would love to have a breast reduction after I get to my goal weight, but I don't handle needles well and surgery terrifies me.
