Honey...until your butt gets Kim Kardashian size, it's not big. And honestly, even if it was big, that's awesome! People pay to have a nice shapely rump. Annnnnnd, in some cultures NOT having a big butt is frowned on.

When I see people doing this it takes all of my STRENGTH not to stop them. They're exerting so much effort doing the wrong thing.

So I whooshed today...finally! But unlike the last time--when I was clueless about all of this--I have been keeping weight data everyday. There seems to be a pattern between a slight increase followed by a large loss (3lbs). I'm going to keep collecting data for a while to ensure this is not a coincidence.

I've just started doing really intense workouts...about 800-1200 calorie burn 4x's a week. I do the workout at night, come home eat a snack (sometimes) and go straight to bed. This way I don't eat all the calories back. The weight is coming off well, but I've only been at it 4 weeks. I'm not sure what the long term result…

Why are guys this way? It's weird. I'm down 7lbs from the beginning of the year. My husband hasn't said anything.However, when I was up 8 lbs. he said, you look really skinny. I just said thanks instead of letting him know I was actually not skinnier. How do they not notice this stuff?

Zumba can create a really good calorie burn. If I'm really working it hard I can burn about 800 calories in 50 minutes--according to my HRM. I'm 6 months in to my long-term transition (1.5 years). I've been rocking a bun faithfully. It lasts through workouts and it's the easiest way to manage two diferent textures of hair. I have fairly long hair (armpit length) so this transition is no joke.

I just had yummy meatballs with marinara (tomato) sauce and mozzarella melted on top. You do get a few extra carbs, depending on what sauce you use, but it's a tasty high protein treat.

The 37.5 makies me feel the same way. I'm on the 15mg. My doctor told me to take it twice a day, but I only need one. This medicine is very strong. A little bit goes a long way.

I"m 5'3", I have a very small body and frame. Most people think I'm 120, but I topped out at 150....that's about 20lbs over where I really need to be. MY BMI made me overweight, so yes--it is possible.

That's awesome! How long have you been at it? One week for me. So far, I'm down 3lbs. I know most of that is water, but I"m wondering when do I kick in to the true fat burn. My carb count is between 20g-60g a day. How long have you been at it? And how many carbs are you eating a day?
