Hey everyone...dont' forget, those "ideal" bodies get a lot of post-production enhancement. Let's all be reminded that beautiful bodies don't have to be flawless bodies. Just my two cents.

I agree with everyone here. You likely need rest. Also consider your vitamin intake (supplements may help). Also, as a woman, consider how your monthly cycle may be affecting your energy level. I know lots of women who have a hard time finding the mental and physical stamina to workout during certain times of the month.…
