Looks pretty good but....I was personally shocked by how much sugar I was consuming and it all came from low fat yoghurt and low cal bars. I added the sugar tab to my diary and this is how you track it. You may be surprised at "hidden"sugars in food you are consuming

Sugar free boiled lollies. They last a long time and leave a sweet taste in your mouth. Also I input my food for the day in the morning so that I know exactly what I can have for the day and I know if I succumb and eat something I will go over my calories for the day. For me, preparation is the key.

Oh yeah, those overnight munchies are awful. And then you wake up so guilty. I am getting better as I just can't cope with the horrible feelings the next day and the fact that I've done so well during the day and then I wreck it all when I am semi-conscious.
