Hello all, I've just started on the Cruise phase after 6 days on attack. Lost 1.6kg (3.8 pounds) and found it very easy. I've actually been calorie counting on this site for over a year and although I lost 8kg I put 4kg back on. I believe that my problem was the binging on carbs so when I stumbled across an article about…

Rice thins with low cal jam and low cal Philly cheese. It's about 40 cals per thin depending how much jam and Philly you put on it. So it's crunchy, it's sweet and it's low cal. Absolutely yummy too!

Hi I'm an Aussie and love new friends. I'm on daily and very motivated. Check out my profile, it's not very detailed it's a work in progress. I believe in quality, not quantity of friends on this fabulous site. Shellie

Ratty, aka Sir Grunts-A-Lot. Watched Two and a half Men ages ago and Charlie named his girlfriend's cat Sir Craps-A-Lot and it just went from there!!

I ended up getting "The North Face" ones. Never heard of them before but I needed heavy duty outside waterproof ones so I could exercise around our property which is pretty wild and can get muddy. Bit exxy $250 but they are great and I don't slip or get wet feet and they feel really comfy too.

Hi Renee Am with you about the negative energy involved in thinking about the extra weight we are carrying. I have about 25 pounds to lose but weight is weight no matter the number, it's our mindset that we need to change. I am 45 and live in Australia . I am on here daily and am very motivated. I like friends who have…

Hi you ;) Well i couldn't live without artificial sweeteners but always in the back of my mind is the negative press about them, none of which is proven mind you. But nevertheless it worries me. I saw something in the press about Stevia which is a natural sweetener. It is available in the same way that you would buy Equal…

Oh thank you., you have made it sound so real and possible. I am at the end of week 2 and I guess realistically even that is amazing that I am running for 90 secs etc. Congrats on finishing and being able to run for 30 mins, can't wait until I can say that.

Unfortunately trying to change someone's eating habits is nearly impossible. However that does not mean you should give up on him. He has to come to the realization himself that he is damaging his body but often that doesn't happen until there is a health scare. Just keep loving him and slowly and gently offering him new…

Ooh now that's a pretty broad question but I will be nice and say NO I am not European (my ancestors are though) That may give you a big clue

Because you measure in kg I am going to guess either the UK or France. I know myfitnesspal doesn't have an option to measure in stones or it would give all of the UK people away! [/quote]Thought the kg might give you a hint but WRONG not UK or France

Not England

I can't see anyone to guess so how about me?
