I cut out my constant nibbling of cheese. You get such a small amount.....25g for 100 cals or so. Now I use parmesan cheese, you know the grated stuff in the bottle to get the cheesy taste I like. I add it to stirfries, omelettes you name it it. And it's only 20 cals per TB. Very good value.

NSV. Walking around in my pj's the trousers were dragging and getting caught in my feet. What's going on....then it dawned on me. The fabric didn't have so far to travel around my big butt and tum and therefore the trousers were "longer" Very cool to realise the reason!!

I am always astonished by threads like this. Isn't eating too much what got most of us here? I just had the teeniest little amount of cheese with my lunch and it was 100 calories!! I plan my day in the morning so that I know I have enough calories left to have some snacks. Also if you like low fat yoghurt I suggest that you freeze them and then it takes about a half an hour to chip wway at the yoghurt. I love these noodles. Basically they taste like nothing and then you add your flavours to them. Yeh, the textures a bit weird and yes, they smell when you first open the packet but the benefits far outweigh the negatives.
