Agreed---sodium can keep you from weight loss (can make you gain or plateau) just as easily as going over on calories. I learned it the hard was and spent 2 weeks at a plateau because I wasn't watching my sodium levels and they were over almost every day.

Watch out for the breadsticks...full of calories and sodium!

My "Happy Weight" per their quiz is about 3 pounds less than my final goal weight. It's what I keep working towards so I can fine with the result.

I can't eat a lot of the foods I used to because my body rejects the salt intake. With Fast Food Hamburgers I just feel gross after eating them so unless it is a Checker burger on a high burn day (or breakfast Frisco from Hardees or Arbys on a high burn day). I don't eat it. I can no longer eat dove chocolates in…

I remember in the 90's Alyssa Milano had a workout VHS called Teen Steam. Never did it though. Also my roommate in college had the Jennie Garth workout tape (Beverly Hills 90210). It wasn't half bad..

BUMP!!! The first one I ever did was Abs of Steel w/ Tamilee Webb but that's only because my stingy friend would not lend me her Sweatin to the Oldies VHS she never did!

Mine is never really planned but I do have a cheat meal once every 1-2 weeks. I have noticed on those days I usually only go over 300 calories for the day. It's what works for me.
