I had a therapist who would tell me this (and some other supportive things). Needless to say I ended up finding another (much better therapist) and ended up keeping my weight off. Some people are so insecure (even therapists) that they have to criticize someone else's success.

I say no...she doesn't need to apologize for her weight loss anymore then anyone else does for theirs.

^^^^^THIS!!!! I would encourage your to educate yourself on Mental Health illness instead of making snap judgements. My husband has PTSD is is fighting for disability. We have to start the process over because Social Security misplaced the paperwork even though the examiner supported his getting disablity. Is that "BS" Too?

Thanks everyone. It ended up being a superficial blood clot in my foot. Doctors orders to stay off it and keep it elevated for a few days. Can't wait to get back to the gym soon. Have been doing arm workouts in the meantime.

Week 1:194 Week 2: 193 Considering I have been on a 2 month plateau this is really good. I also got a great report from the doctor today (re: my physical) so I am very happy!

I did 45 minutes of walking and 25 minutes of Yoga instead. I usually don't double up so that is big for me!

Tomorrow is a gym day for me and I have an Ab Routine my trainer set up for me. I will do that.

I am going to commit to 45 minutes of Zumba tomorrow vs my usual 20!

I love Zumba. I started out taking classes last year from Jan-May and then also got Zumba for Wii in the Spring and have been mixing that into my workout routine ever since. It is great for toning!

You look great! I have to do the same thing when I hit a standstill. It can get so easy to get discouraged sometimes. Keep up the great work!
