    Here are my Day 1 Stats!!

    SW: 171.6

    Measurements:
    Chest: 35.5
    Waist: 38
    Left & Right Thigh: 24
    Left Bicep: 12
    Right Bicep: 12.5

    I also have one of those fun hand held Body Fat % thingees....and it's telling me I'm 35.5%. (I may check again in the morning when I've not just eaten...I hear it makes a difference)

    OK - now that that is over...LET'S DO THIS!!!

    Ok my weight is down 1 pound. I am ok with that. It counts. 256. I measured myself. That I won't be posting. But I will be measuring and keeping track myself. I do have to ask when you measure chest, is it under the breasts? I have noticed anyone else ask. Thanks and good luck to everyone.

    My goal is to get down to 145 by the end of the 50 days and eventually to b/t 135-140
    I also need to find a way to get rid of my belly fat. I look 3 months pregnant all the time and am sick of it! (no offense to pregant women)

    Okay guys.. I need some help!

    I've been eating healthy, and under my calorie goal everyday. I've been dancing everyday for 30 minutes (Richard Simmons -Party Off The Pounds video is what I've been doing). I go to the gym and walk a few times a week. Ive been doing all of this for a long while now... So why am I not losing weight?

    Since we can't see your diary we don't know what you are eating or how much.. You say you are under your calories-how far under? Not eating enough can also stall weight loss. I found I started losing once I upped my calories.

    I had no clue my page was private! Im not even sure how to change that.. Sorry. First off, that you so much for replying! Now.. It varies between 300-500 every day. I eat 3 meals a day, For breakfast I'll eat a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk. For lunch I'll have a lean hot pocket. And for dinner I eat a regular meal but a smaller portion of it. I drink tons of water everyday.
