    Starting weight this morning is 172lbs
    Chest is 40.5"
    Waist is 36.5"
    Thighs both measure at 21.8"
    Biceps both measure at 10.5"

    I've had instruction from the doctors to not do any running for 2 weeks :( so I'll need to get creative with my cardio!

    My personal goal is to focus on body fat %. I have one of those fancy scales that while not perfect, has been pretty dang accurate.

    Current body fat: 30%
    Goal: 19% (I was there 4 years ago)
    Current weight: 135 lbs
    Goal: 118-120 lbs

    To achieve this, I plan to workout 4-5 days a week (2 of those bootcamp) and complete my log on MFP 6 days a week.

    Happy New Year everyone!! I weighed myself this morning. Ugghhh.... 242!! Up 6 pounds over the holidays. I will be weighing in every Friday. Also, starting next week I am going to doing stronglifts 5x5 so I will take body measurements and post. Good luck everyone. I am back on the low carb bandwagon!!
