For awhile it was difficult to sit on hard surfaces for longer periods of time because I had lost a lot of cushion in my butt. After a couple of months my body got use to it but ouch! I also noticed people who hadn't seen me for months sometimes had a hard time recognizing me!

I am in! SW: 220 CW: 192 GW: 187 The eeriest thing that has happened to me since I started losing weight is people who I haven't seen for awhile (clients, aquaintances, etc) not being able to recognize me.

I am going to do two 5k's this month (one I did yesterday) for walk/run intervals. I will also do training walks/runs 1-2 times a week to lead up to this. My next one of Sept 29th! This is on added to my working out 6 days as I usually do but shaking things up a bit!

Thanksgiving...I take the whole month and reflect on what I am thankful for.

I heard it was on the brink of cancellation (mostly thanks to their focus on Conda and her nonsense). I personally like Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition better. I wish they showed it in the fall and not just the summer.

I keep a couple of small piece to see how far I've come but I mostly either donate my old clothes or wait for a clothing swap and swap out for clothes that fit me. I got rid of my old bras and invested in the Genie bra. I have quite a few pairs and I love them!

I was 24 years old, had a full time job and got one because my previous car had started on fire and I had no way to call for help. The people on the freeway had to call it in for me. (Of Course this is when everyone was starting to get them in 2000...it was the period of time where no everyone had one yet).
