I started watching what I eat and exercizing on July 5th after hating how I felt and looked in a pic someone took of me. I was 9 months postpartum. Here's that pic before and now almost 3 months later I'm down 17lbs from 189 to 172. Excited and love my new lifestyle. Trying to reach my next small goal of 169

Just started on July 4th. Starting weight was 189 current weight 178. Cut out almost all carbs and started running. Feel great! Thank you for the motivation ladies!

I've struggled with calories and loosing weight. Now I've realized that cutting down carbs (under 150) is what worked for me, not for everyone, but once I cut the carbs down my calories also went down and felt better and started loosing weight.

I just started this as my workout also. I do an hour to an hour n half of either zumba for the wii, or just dance for the wii. I wear my heart rate monitor and its a great workout. Anywhere between 400-600 calories. I love it! I plan on doing this for a while to see if I loose anything. I'm down for the challenge. Starting…

I was just thinking about this today because honestly, i like having my wine/beer at night after I put my son to bed. I drink Sangria and its 138 calories for 6 ounces so i save up my snack calories for that. :-)
