Wait... you're 5'10? Weighing 150? Should you get any smaller than that? I'm 5'7 weighing 170 but the LOWEST I should be at my height is 130 so I'm almost certain your goal should be higher... I'm thinking about this from a HEALTHY aspect not exactly an APPEARANCE aspect.

One way to encourage you to get moving via exercise is to know that the more you exercise the more calories you burn which in essence gives you more calories to eat.... SO YOU DON'T GO OVER! I can totally agree with that! I am VERY succesful when I actually USE it! I've had this app on my phone for months but it wasn't until the last 3 weeks that I started to use it CONSISTENTLY & it has bene awesome!
