I am not sure if nuking hurts the protein but I only micro the water for my hot tea or hot chocolate and then add the protein. I think the powder mixes better this way and it tastes great.

When I found out my husband cheated I gathered all his clothes in a laundry basket and gave to the gf ...figured she liked playing house so if she wanted to **** him she should do the other stuff too! Happily remarried to a faithful man now. :)

I have a desk job but take classes at least 3x per week and am incorporating running to my non gym days. I eat 1240 Cals per day but some days it is difficult to eat this much. I'm eating veggies for the first time in my life but now realize They fill me up. I'm focusing on low sodium and at least 100 g protein per day.

I competed in a figure competition a few years ago and noticed my thighs were the last place to show reduction in inches. Instead of rewards for pounds lost I am rewarding myself for meeting my monthly excersize and nutrition goals. Rewards such as: pedicures; new workout clothes; massage; My end result is to create a lifestyle change so I am trying to focus more on changing my habits rather than the number on the scale.
