Hey there...I'm brand new to this too! I was introduced by a friend I ran into after not having seen her for a couple of years and she had lost 85 pds. using this tool. I'm so very excited...but I know I'll need help, advice and encouragement!!! Good Luck to everybody...we can do this!!!! :smile:
