  • I am determined to do this the healthy way - watching my calories, and trying to exercise at least 3 times a week. It is gradually coming off, and I think that is better in the long run. The times I've tried quick weight loss schemes always result in gaining it all back quickly, with extra pounds! Not willing to do that…
  • I have a similar goal - although I wish I could lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks! I started late, considering I turn 50 in January and wanted to look my best. Instead, I'll shoot for Mother's Day. I need to lose 35 pounds. I think this will work - I lost 5 in the past 5 days.
