yes, every other Sunday is my free day. I eat whatever I want. I find this great because I do not deprive myself from food I really want. Keeps me focused. I cannot do this without this day, I would cheat all the time and this way I can have a day and get back on it. I have not gained from this so I will continue it.

I agree, whether science or not certain things works for some n not others. I don't eat after 8pm usually cause it does affect me.

Agree, When I started to watch sodium and also added more fruits, I saw a diff pretty fast. Sodium retains a lot of water for some. Me up to 5 lbs diff. I try to stay under 1200 sodium per day. I'm glad someone brought this up. Since I have been eating better for the past month, I am more constipated. I do eat fiber meal bars and plenty of protein so I do not understand why this is happening.

Steamed veggies(u stick the whole bag in microwave) and chicken breast, along with fish you can find pretty cheap these days. Hun, you lost weight. Thing to remember is that your body does not loose weight and inches at the same time. So u are prob now loosing inches from your weight loss. Keep at it, you are making a difference.

I had surgery 5 years ago and regret nothing. I have lost 100 lbs and have kept it off. The struggle now is to maintain and loose the last 20 or so.
