Yup! I looked up an estimate of the calories online and have it saved under my exercises as "naughty naughty" Hahaha. I don't log it anymore though because my diary is public now and I don't want the whole world knowing about that :p

That's what I was going to say. Unless you are a fan of anal leakage, I'd be cautious. I could eat chips all day every day for the rest of my life. So I don't buy them anymore. I don't snack anymore. It's working!

I love these videos! In the past I have lost 10 lbs using them. I had the one that comes with the purple band she uses for arms. I think it had the 1, 2, 3 and 4 mile walk on it. Have fun!

I either cook it in a pan with EVOO and salt (I can't get enough salt!) or in a pyrex dish in the oven until it's done. I don't know specific times I just keep checking it.

I've found that here, starvation mode is a way for people to give themselves an excuse to have dessert at night so they reach the BARE MINIMUM of 1200 calories. Cause apparently if you don't eat that much you'll wither away and be dead in a matter of days.

I try not to eat mine. I know everybody says to eat them or you'll plateau, but I don't really care what works for other people. I'd be stuffing myself trying to eat back my calories.
