I love having my workout done first thing, sets a good tone for the rest of the day. I also eat much better throughout the day if I workout in the morning.

Your not a failure! We all have our bad moments just pick yourself up and start again. That's the key, even if you binge don't quit and I bet your good days outweigh the bad :) And you went to a class and worked out, you should feel proud for that! Good luck to you.

I am currently breastfeeding my almost 6 month old. I did all the research about how many calories and I don't think it is the same for everyone. I for one try to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories. I have done this since the beginning of January and my son is thriving and very healthy and my milk supply has not suffered…

I am 5 foot 5 and started at 161 lbs on Jan 3rd this year and I am fluctuating between 147 and 148 now, so about 12 lbs down in a month and a half. You can do it girl, don't get discouraged! Everybody is different and loses differently so just keep at it never give up and you will lose the weight.

I will be 30 in September and I'm not quite sure how I feel about. I do know one thing though I will be a lot more fit and healthy this birthday!

Had no idea this even existed. My forehead always gets so itchy after I workout like my sweat irritates it. Ill have to read up on this.

Ok great thanks. I have resistance bands so that wont be a problem. I'm not sure when I'm seeing my brother to get Dvds but I am SO excited!
