Not sure of any fitness models so I cant answer that question. I will say you are very beautiful and I can totally relate. Its easy to fake it with a bra (very easy) but like you said no doing that in a bikini. Sorry so many people are being so negative and not supportive of your post.

I think the occasional splurge day is fine if you can still practice some self control otherwise you just end up feeling lousy if you overdo it then it wasn't even worth it (speaking from experience) have you actually finished logging your diary everyday that something is on there? Just curious as somedays your calories…

I still do the cardio Dvd on the days permitted and am also doing c25k. Want to do my first 5k in June!

I'm definitely working toward this! Got way off track this week (the most I have since I started losing weight) so I need to get my butt back in gear! I will be resuming Jillian Michael's Body Revolution Monday as well as c25k with the hubby :) 10 lb loss here I come!

Also no fruit and only 1 serving of dairy a day. She wants you to eat breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner in that order. I think its funny that we are on this website to encourage and support one another yet some people are very judgemental and critiical of how they "think" someone looks. Pretty mean in my opinion. Just keep that in mind the next time someone is critical about your looks or calls you fat.

I also did day 2 yesterday but didn't get cardio done. I hear ya! My armpits even hurt, lol! I will be doing cardio back to back later this morning. Lord help me! :)

I should say that I am only staying at the 1200 during quick start. After that I will eat at my bmr and not eat exercise calories back. I think for long term eating under your bmr and exercising probably isn't very healthy and more for people that have a lot of weight to lose like The Biggest Loser amount.

How much "food" calories are you eating? Not the "net" number. I only go off the food and do not worry about eating exercise calories back so I ignore the net number.

^^^^THIS^^^^^ We spent a lot of $ on the program and all the mistakes in all the recipes is quite rediculous. Love the workout but its supposed to be a whole program and that's not very helpful for the people that aren't double checking, which is a total bummer to have to do.

I am following her quick start meal plan and then after that I will incorporate some of her recipes but will be eating at my bmr. I am just finishing day 2 and with her recipes and adding up calories I still come in below 1200 and that's even having my coffee and cream in the morning. I definitely could not sustain this…

I think the fitbit shows you your overall Calorie burn for the entire day even when not working out and it shows how your sleep is. A hrm is gonna only show you a Calorie burn during a workout when your heart rate is elevated. So it depends on what you are looking for. I love having a hrm for my workouts and wouldn't want…

Well I'm glad you couldn't see it but I definitely have cellulite! It is getting better as the weight comes off. We will see how it is once I'm at my goal. You look totally fabulous by the way! :)
