A heart rate monitor. You can get one for around $50 and they go up from there. I just got a $50 one from Walmart a few years ago and it still works fine. Mine has the watch and chest strap.

I only burned 192! That is very disappointing, so I think I'm adding weights to some of the moves next time.

A lot probably depends on the person. If your still staying within a reasonable Calorie goal and eating pretty healthy not just a bunch of processed foods than I'm sure you would get results. Just don't stop all together, you want the most from your workout :) I have to tell myself over and over "I can do anything for 20 mins, its only 20 mins" that helps me, lol! I am supposed to get my package the 13th and would love to start right away but I'm using Sundays as my rest day so wont be starting until Monday the 19th. I AM SOOO EXCITED!! I will also be doing the 7 day quick start plan. Keep me posted on how week 1 is treating you :) Good Luck!

I drank this a couple years ago while losing weight. I don't believe it helps drop pounds as drastically as you have heard but its a tasty way to drink your h20 :) And I guess ginger helps with bloating or something like that.
