Being sore is a good thing, means you worked those muscles :) The soreness tapers down (in my experience) once you do it a few times. Keep it up, the results are SO worth it! Tomorrow I do day 2 of level 3

I am starting day 1 of level 3 today. I just ordered her new system Body Revolution so ill be continuing the shred until I get that (7 to 10 days) I have really enjoyed the shred. It took me a few weeks to feel confident enough to move to level 2, lol. I did that level for 2 weeks now I'm moving on. Ive been losing weight…

Your best bet is to get a personal hrm, that's the only way to be pretty accurate :)

We also have a cat so buy litter, cat food, etc.... And the cost each month depends on if we need to restocked meat and such. I will say I would love to have more $ in our budget for food but we get by and I'm able to eat pretty healthy :)

I live in Colorado and we spend up to $350 a month for myself and my husband but that also includes paper products, cleaning, toilitries, and baby stuff. I am a crazy couponer and have stocked up on things and don't have to purchase them for several months at a time sometimes :)

I also have my goal set to my bmr and only log extra exercise (Dvds, walking, running, treadmill) I don't log cleaning and I also use a hrm for my workouts so I get a more accurate number of calories burned. This exactly! I have a couple with pads and I guess it makes me feel less self conscious if I'm not out there to the world, lol. I don't have a problem with the pads moving around

My knees also hurt when doing this (they hurt before shred though) so when the pain is worse I do a different workout for 1 or 2 days than go back to 30 day shred. Last month I felt ravenous during that time and gained and this time I didn't have the cravings and have actually lost weight. I think all this changes from month to month. I do still weigh, I like keeping track of everything and seeing if there are any patterns.
