When I lost weight before I got pregnant my cellulite did go away. The lower your body fat the better it gets. I'm not sure if it is a genetic thing?

I am 5 foot 5 and my goal is 120. I weighed that before my pregnancy and it was a very fit weight for me. I do have a small frame though. Also I wont stress to much on the number when I get closer because I do want to build strength. Its all how I feel and how my clothes fit. Each person is different.

I do have an android phone however I recently canceled the Internet to save $ every month. I read on google that every 2000 steps is one mile (approx) so maybe I will have to get a pedometer, just don't know how accurate it will be. Thank you

I did the same exact thing today :( It doesn't feel good but tomorrow is a brand new day. I will also be doing 30 day shred and the treadmill :) Here's to tomorrow!

You can eat your calories any time of day that works for you! It doesn't matter the time or how much at each meal as long as your meeting your Calorie goal. If I were you I would x the friends that are being negative and nit picky, who needs that. You deserve supportive positive friends!!!!!

I am nursing right now so temporarily mine will be sticking around :). However in the past when I lost weight they went bye bye then add having kids into the equation they will be smaller and not firm :( I'm hoping an augumentation is in my future :)

I have my calories set to my bmr, 1375. I do fine staying under and I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I also do not eat my exercise calories back unless I burn 600plus then I will eat back anything over the 600. This is working great for me. I am currently doing 30 day shred, day 6 of level 2. I am very consistant with my calories (I have them set to my bmr) and do not eat my exercise calories back. Pictures can be photo shopped but the thigh gap is still a real thing. I had it at my fittest weight before I got pregnant. I say to each there own, I like the thigh gap :)

Running 2x per week then doing jillian Michael's 30 day shred or Barrys bootcamp the other 5 days. I don't have a "rest day" so to speak I will just listen to my body and take a day off when I feel I need to.

I also have 30 day shred but I have done the "no more trouble zones" and "boost metabolism" ones and they are both GREAT workouts. I'm hoping to be able to get her new program body revolution. Its pricey so its just not in my budget right now.
