I agree with the other members when you're going to work out early in the morning who cares about matching workout clothes. I just go and do my workout. I focus on my appearance after the workout after I get home. Then I strut my stuff.

Please don't give up.It can be very disappointing jumping on the scale every other day. You are setting yourself up for major disappointment. I did the exact same thing but I came to the conclusion I wasn't going to give up and I removed my scale out of the bathroom and continue to exercise and watch what I ate. Soon I…
