Regular yogurt's okay but because I add whey or use greek in cooking the flavour's not much of an issue to me. It's more for nutritional benefits - protein being the macro I pay most attention to

Ahhhhh I see! So ideally I should spend the extra monies and buy some Total Fage Greek Yogurt? I can't find the ingredients of my Asda brand online (which is significantly cheaper) but I'd put money on it being loaded with stuff. Then again I wouldn't know what half the ingredients are anyway..

I mix in a scoop of whey protein powder. It's like pudding ^_^

I'm lucky enough that my gym is opposite my work building, so when 5 rolls around I roll out my chair and into the gym :) It's stupidly ideal. And it's a better gym than the one I used before I started here!

The Eat Water range is Europe's answer to shiritaki noodles. To me they taste exactly the same as each other so just go with whichever is cheaper haha I would suggest not boiling in water but dry frying them and then adding your sauce. Omg yes! The callouses! Bruises between my thumb and index finger too from the assisted pull up. My shins are a total mess too. AND I'm always trapping my fingers when I rereack the dumbbells.

Not extremely low, not at all. But I was significantly lower than now. I don't have big carbs every day but I have them a lot more often now. Does water weight make you all squishy? All just bloated?

I tend to use a bit of houmous or cottage cheese as a sort of dressing when I make salads to take to work :) I just dump it on and mix everything with it so it sticks :)

I am constantly shivering. My nails often have a blueish-grey tint in the morning and once I fall really cold I will spend hours trying to warm up but it makes my muscles really tense! It's horrible!
