Yep ordered a couple times. Meat is lovely. Get the chicken sausages! The chicken breasts are massive too. I've tried some of the exotic meats too, all very tasty, definitely give them a go :)

Not true at all. Please do not follow this advice, it's highly unnecessary, it would only work due to the fact you would be taking in less calories. No other reason. Perhaps might reduce bloating if you're sensitive to sugar or something. Just eat at a deficit, not too great, and keep like that a while. It'll take a long…

Also get it. No idea how to get rid of it. Even when I was a very low weight, I still had it. For me it's an internal problem, but because it's not harming me I can't have the doctors do much about it. I would suggest some lifting if you're gonna get into exercise :) to alter your body shape it's the best bet in my…

That's not a binge - TRUST ME. I do understand how this would make you feel discouraged though. Maybe prepare a full meal or more volumous snacks like previously suggested :) this is mostly in your head, just give yourself a nudge and try to push past the urge to eat more than you really need. Plan for these things and…

Do you have plenty of water before, during and after? Do you have a pre workout meal/snack? Have you tried preparing something to eat after so it's ready for you when you get back? Is it actually a binge or just more food than normal? Sooo many questions, sorry :)

Hello Ashley, I was pretty much in the same boat. I already had a fantastic nutritionist that had helped my fear of food, but he lived halfway across the country. I had gotten over anorexia but had started binging and had no idea how to stop. My doctor told me he wasn't worried about it and said I had OCD, not an ED. I was…

Sorry to revive an old thread but - Each item is in the MFP database. Just add them individually. I know they're on the database because I added most of them myself. Any that aren't in there, you can find the nutrition on the Morrisons website and add them in yourself. :)

I think for the most part, it's an excellent store with a really helpful wide range of products. I think my main gripe is that they claim to be a complete health food shop and you're a bit decieved into thinking that bag of dried fruit you got was good for you, when it's more added sugar than it is fruit

Any kind of veg and then topped with cheese usually. Sometimes I'll make pizza omelettes with a spread of tomato and basil sauce and sliced meat with cheese, or fill a folded one with mince and beans and tabasco for a Mexicanny kind feel. Have you thought of sweet things too? A Banomelette can be yummy. sliced banana,…

Okay so we've covered that weightloss is cals in vs cals out. Can anyone tell me about maintaining and muscle gaining? Can sugar affect that? No sarcastic and rude comments please, it's a genuine question and I would just like a genuine answer :)

Surely this depends from person to person. Some people are more liable to become depressed than others. As previously mentioned, "low carb flu" is a common things to begin with but I don't think reducing one macro nutrient can inherently cause depression.

Mega bump! This looks and sounds amazing! I would probably add more veggies and curry paste myself though :)

Cereal. I haven't bought any in ages cause I will literally devour the entire box in one sitting regardless how full I get. It can be the most boring cereal in the world and I still can't control myself!
