Eat normally as long as you are feeling okay, drink lots of water and keep your fingers crossed that you don't come down with it.

I agree with everyone else. Don't give up. Take a walk and get right back on track! It happens to all of us.

I'm 5'9 and currenty wear a 14/16. Pre-kids I wore an 8/10, which is where I should be once I get to my goal weight.

I always find it uncomfortable to run pushing a stroller. Most of the handles are too low (for me anyway) and you have to hold your hands out in front of you. The best I could ever do was to puch the stroller with one hand.

Smoothies, made with yogurt and fruit, maybe even throw in some spinach. Hope you feel better soon :)

My fav. breakfast is an egg (cooked in the microwave if I am in a rush), on an english muffin, with a piece of ham, and a tiny bit of fat free mayo. So yummy and keeps me satisfied until lunch.

We advertise on a local job bank when we are looking to hire. Also Craigslist, Kijiji, or post on facebook, maybe a friend knows someone who would be perfect for the job. Good luck. It is hard to find good employees!

Feel free to add me too. Weekends are the worst for me with no schedule and friends and family around all the time.

I'm a 32 year old stay at home mom to three - 2 daughters ages 6 and 2, and a 4 year old son. I need to lose about 60 pounds and I'd love to make some friends along the way. Feel free to add me.
