I don't know that I am looking at a certain amount, but I am certainly looking to shifting my lifestyle quite a bit! If anyone would like to add me the feel free. I love seeing people who are actually involved on the site. All we need is to stay focused and pick ourselves up when we make mistakes.

I think for me a number of things fell into place around the same time. Ultimately though it was the doctors telling me that my best chance for having kids was losing the weight. I have always been told that the body will get used to something and not react in the desired manner after so long. Changing the eating for a day of more intake followed by lower intake on occasion helps. Changing around your workouts to keep the muscles guessing is good also.
