Some of mine recently: Pork loin with cheesy zucchini/squash Shredded pork tacos with roasted corn salsa Sweet and spicy chili Spaghetti and meatless meatballs Curried chicken with brown rice and vegetables And then my go-to standby, scrambled eggs on toast. Or a bowl of cereal. ;)

I tend to eat the same food for breakfast, have a few options for lunch, and then try to vary my dinner based on what is available in the store, what is going to spoil in the fridge at home, and how long I have at home in the evening before I start taxiing my kids around. :)
