I am a Respiratory Therapist working nights and stay at home mom when not working. It is tough but I love staying home with my son.

I am 5ft1in and start weight at 209 and currently at 197, my goal starts by getting to down to 150. From there I would like to continue to about 125 - 130.

I want to wait till he is old enough to let me know if someone adult or child is being mean or hurting him in day care. That is the reason for my madness.

he is a great fruit eater and so we have started to share apples and oranges. I have also stopped finishing what he will not eat. I always felt that you shouldn't waste food. But that is the frugal person coming out.

I am a mom of a 2 1/2 yo boy and he has so much energy and I need to get motivated. Any ideas how to tap into that energy or to trick myself to move like him and incorporate into activity/cardio workout. :)
