I just got back to work today after my week off at the respite apartment, so I will weigh in tomorrow morning if that's okay. I am back at 153.0 BLARG!!!! haha :laugh: I think my body has officially found it's "happy weight" because no matter how much I eat (alot or a little) or exercise I can't lose or gain from this range of 152-155!!!

I agree that you should definitely start eating more espeically if you're exercising more! Keep your body guessing how many calories you're going to take in daily by zigzagging your calories so that it doesn't burn the minimum amount of calories. If it thinks you're always going to eat 1200 then that's what it's prepared…

I would guess around 200lbs (195-205) I am pretty much the same height as you and feel like when I was at my heaviest of 204 I looked almost exactly the same as you...

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. Look it up! It's an amazing way to switch up your workout!

Thanks girls! Irene stayed away from us. All we got was a day of rain and a bit of wind; it pretty much flew on past Florida as it rushed up to the Carolinas. I hope that I can stay on track this week as it is my awesome week off again!!! (I work 3 weeks straight 24-7 and then have 1 full week off) I struggle with eating…

I am 5'9". My weight is 153-155 and I currently wear size 8 from AE...when I was at my heaviest, almost 205lbs I wore 14/16.

I am currently sitting on my BUTT because one of my lovely "daughters" is on house arrest for 3 weeks. Cool, eh? Not. That means I get to sit at home with her while my husband takes the other girls shopping, out to eat, to youth group, church, etc. Yep, it kinda sucks but at least I have time to do my homework, right? haha…
