  • I also have the Polar FT4 with the chest strap. It gauges that I burn anywhere rom 350-550 calories doing the various hardcore P90X workouts for about 55 minutes. I think it's very accurate. *I am 5'9 & about 155 lbs*
  • Fast/Easy Breakfasts that always make me feel satisfied: oatmeal...and add some fruit to it to make it even more filling. a banana and bowl of cereal hard-boiled eggs. I make a few in the beginning of the week and then just grab 1 in the morning to have with toast or 1/2 a bagel.

  • Sorry, I have to agree. One of my biggest pet peeves! 1 lb = 1 lb ...the difference is that muscle takes up way less space. However, I don't think you could have possibly gained 8 lbs of muscle OR fat in 2 weeks. It's most likely water. How is your sodium intake? Sodium retains water!

  • I started P90X *lean* in March and love it...I've never done Power 90 but I'm sure it's also a great program. Depending on how physically fit you already are should probably be your determining factor. If you've been working out already and think that you're both in good shape, then I'd say go right into P90X!
