You sound like you are at a great weight! My sister is that size and she looks great. Next time someone says something, make a comment about them being fat, lol. I bet that will shut them up. Honestly though, they are probably jealous. I dealt with that back before I gained 25 pounds. People made comments about being too…

Start walking and jogging lightly on your treadmill to build up a habit of making time for exercise. Use the food log on. It will keep you honest with yourself about food. If you are eating healthy food as you say, sounds like your problem is just eating too much. :/ Add some friends on here. People commenting and liking…

The brand is "Source Organic". I buy it off of amazon. I love that it doesn't have filler and stuff that way I can create whatever smoothie I want. :)

Oh I should add that I don't use it as a meal replacement. I put it in my morning smoothie.

Source Organic Whey Protein. I love it. No fillers, or extras. I use Stevia to sweeten it. Only ingredient is whey protein. There's less than 1% Sunflower lecithin.

My daily requirement counting my workout today is about 2400 so I will eat 1900 so that there is a 500 deficit. However, tomorrow I don't…

Maybe start tracking your weight every week to make sure that it matches with your calorie deficit? Or every two weeks? 5 pounds is good. You're a small person so the…

Make sure you are eating enough fiber and eating small meals plus drinking plenty of water. I've actually suffered bad stomach porblems in my life and eating a balanced diet (macro and micro nutrients) and drinking plenty of water makes it seem like I've never had a stomach problem in my life.

Try to explain to him that it is actually cheaper to eat healthy. For example, this week I spent $40 on my food for the entire week. Not to mention some of the food was for my boyfriend (we shared the bag of apples and oranges). Plus, if you plan all your meals you save more money because you know how much to eat instead…

My last straw was realizing I couldn't just get up and run a half marathon like I used to and I'm tried of having to buy new clothes. Not to mention, I just got in the routine of eating pretty unhealthy and realized I needed to get back to the old "me". The healthy and fit me.
