Maybe I can help i too am 45F and had the same problem. I went from 210 to 152 and a size 17 to 7. When you add any kind of weight training to the mix the scale will stall or even go up a little, I'm gonna say this although I hated to hear it go by how your clothes fit not the scale!!!!! I'm a little bummed that my barbell doesn't fit together all the way :( but I called and they are sending a new one, so I'm gonna make do for now till it gets here. Previewed a few of the dvd's and it looks like a blast, I'm hoping it will give me the push to join a gym.... I'm a little shy when it comes to gyms.

Me too me too.... I started at 210, finally made it to 162 and my goal is between 145-150. We can all do this!!!

For me the compulsion to weigh hasn't been as bad since I've gotten to a "comfortable" weight and size, which isn't the best thing because I've slacked off and I'm still 20 lbs away from my goal. I've never weighed more than once a day though, non the less I hate being a slave to the scale.

Today mine's 23.3 down from the mid 30's a few months ago but I've lost 45 pounds and work out daily, hoping to get it to 19%, oh and I'm 44.

I could sit here and make a million suggestions but have you lost any inches? I actually gained 2 lbs this month but lost lots and lots of inches and shrunk, as aggravating as it is my body's still smaller. Hope that helps cause I know how dang frustrating the scale is.

So far I've lost 10 pounds and 8 inches and am loving everything the program has done for me, I look like a different person even though it wasn't a ton of weight it's putting everything in the right places. Hope you try the program you'll love it and the results are worth it.

I'm new here too this is my first post. 44 and have already lost 45 lbs out of 65 lbs. I used weight watchers for the diet part and beachbody for the exercise, currently doing Chalean Extreme after 2 rounds of the Firm Express.
