I have one cup every morning :) I use skimmed milk and I've just started using one sugar, one 0 cal sweetener. I can't really taste the difference, it's gone in no time, plus the sugar is 32 cals a teaspoon so I don't feel guilty at all having it in there :P

Thanks so much :D

I pre log if I know what I'm having, I prelog exercise so I can't back out as well! :D

I really enjoy logging now. I didn't and I saw it as a waste of time, but I slip way too easily if I don't account for everything! For me, having a barcode scanner works wonders! i cook fresh a lot too and I find that searches bring it up, I can scan it in or weigh it out and have it all there, then I save it to "my meals"…

I came here thinking that 1200 was the norm, it's what MFP set me up as, it's what I saw other people doing and thought, well that must be it! Everyone must be just as hungry as me. They all must have headaches. They all must be a bit dizzy occasionally. I wasn't eating back hardly any of my exercise cals, I didn't know…

I used to get migraines when cutting out soda so I'd stop doing it and go back to drinking it. The only way to do it, is to just go through the migraines. They wear off, so does the need for soda. The longer you leave it the worse it gets, plus you build it up in your head to be worse than it is. You can do this.

I'd be happy at ten and a half stone or 147lbs. I'm getting there slowly :D

I really like carob, it's a good chocolate substitute, although it's also an acquired taste :D I enjoy it :D
-
Well this looks absolutely awesome! The recipe looks amazing as well! :D Thanks for this!

At the moment I'm 156lbs. I'd like to be at about 147ish. We'll see though, I'm rather happy with my shape right now! I'd like slightly smaller thighs and to be slightly more toned and that'll be it.

The way I've always done it and the way it's really worked for me, both before I joined MFP and after, was just to stick to calories. If I want jelly beans, I now have a 25g, 100cal pre-bagged amount that I make up as soon as I get them. If I want a treat, I have it. If I have anything at all, I log it! For me it's all…

Weetabix minis are amazing! they come in chocolate, berry and honey and nut! A 40g serving with 100ml of semi skimmed milk keeps me full until lunch without any trouble! Weetabix Minis Chocolate Chip (Weetabix) Serving Size: 40 g, Calories: 148, Fat: 2.1g, Carbs: 28.4g, Protein: 3.8g Minis Honey (Weetabix) Serving Size: 40…

You look amazing! In that race pic you are glowing!! Well done! :D

With mine, I've noticed that first thing in the morning now, I can see them, if I tense hard, I can see them, but generally wandering around, they're under that layer of belly fat that I'm working on losing :D Not that anyone sees them, being a woman I don't tend to wander topless :P but it's quite cool to see them slowly…

Mine was never *what* I was eating, but the amount of it. I don't deprive myself of anything that I used to eat in bulk, I just make sure that I don't eat that amount of it lol!

When I gained weight through a combination of medication and just plain "what's the point?" I really did think that logging was going to be a lot harder than it is. This site, has quite literally, changed my life. I'm still on the same medication and I still have days where I think it's too much hassle and I don't bother…

That's awesome!! Way to go!
-
I think you look really nice! If you're not sure about it though, it's down to you in the end, it's what you feel amazing in :D

Welcome to MFP! This place is amazing!!
-
Hi I live in Cambridge! How amazing is this site?? :D I'd be happy to help you out along the way, as long as you kick me up the bum when I flag or falter :P
-
Welcome to MFP! This place is amazing for the level of support you can get, the tools available and the results that can be seen with work and determination! This site honestly was the only thing that worked, I tried doing it on my own and it's just not the same. Being here every day, logging everything I eat (most of the…

I remember why I'm doing this, I ask myself if it's worth the taste of it. A large won't taste any different to a small, you don't *need* all that in you if you're just craving the taste. I've read here many times that "Nothing tastes as good, as skinny feels", which is true I suppose. I don't deny myself anything, and of…

This is brilliant! :D Thanks so much for sharing this!

That's a really cool step to have! Great progress, well done! :)

I am so glad I found this thread!! I did day one of 30DS last week and then took a break because my legs hurt! I then got a chest infection so stopped altogether for a bit. I was thinking though, each time I exercise, I get muscle ache. I think that means stop working out to "rest" so they don't hurt, but then when I start…

Don't give up!!! I plateaued for a couple of months and swung between same weight and 5lbs heavier until it broke and I started to lose weight again! Just keep on going and it DOES get better!!!
-
Don't feel bad at all!! I struggled to get to grips with some of the moves on level 1! I've never exercised really and I was having to stop and watch before I carried on! Maybe watch the DVD without actually doing the routine to get used to the order of things and to get used to how things look before giving it a go…

faster build up on my stamina for workouts. I'd like to not be puffing and red faced three minutes into a 20 minute workout :D Also a lottery win wouldn't go amiss :D

Level 1 Day 1 Just completed!! Need to get myself some proper weights I think, was using 1 litre bottles of water! :D Proud of myself for seeing it through though! Was a lot tougher than I expected!! :D Feeling great! :D Sweating a bucket load, but massive grin!! :D
