I'm wanting to be active and daily, feel free to add me :) My reasoning is the more people I'm accountable to plus me, the more likely I am to succeed :)

Also looking for buddies on here! :)

I have the exact same issues! I'm back at square one, the thought of a gym is just awful so I used to use and am hoping to use again, a rower at home, some cardio workouts and calorie counting :D (Personally I think over caking it sounds amazing :p)

Today I got back into working out for the first time in over a year. Got 15 minutes into the first stage of 30 Day Shred and am feeling quite proud of myself. I stopped pretty much any effort in the last couple of years and I kept saying "next week, tomorrow, next week" and today I just thought "I've got the time, why…

Yup me as well! :D I find it far too easy to just "meh" with it!

Not having my legs rub together in hot weather, having my asthma ease up a little and feeling secure and comfortable in myself!

Absolutely inspiring!

I've been here a couple of years now. This time I'm determined not to wander away! I lost 42 pounds the first time I was here so it definitely works! It's easy to do, takes up very little time and the first time I did it, I lost weight without exercising for a fair bit before realising I could exercise as well! It had been…

I tend to if it's things like I did today such as turning over and digging flower beds, stuff I do every couple of weeks as to me that's a work out! :) I also do if it's something like shifting heavy boxes or the like. It usually goes under "cleaning light effort" which when I'm panting and puffing seems a bit unfair :) I…

I always try to sort out my diary and the food I'm going to be eating a day in advance where I can, so I sort out breakfast the night before, know exactly what I'm going to be eating (or as near as I can) for the rest of the day and know how much I can splurge on snacks if I want to :) It's a lot harder in the long run to…

I have one "treat day" a week where I can eat whatever I want (pizza is a favourite! :D) I actively aim to go over on that day and it's not a big deal, I then just eat my normal calories the rest of the time. The odd day won't hurt at all, it's when it gets to be every day that it's an issue. I've found that I lose weight…

I've just subscribed to the fitnessblender ones! They look great!

I tried to do the 1200 cals one as well it made me feel ill, lightheaded and horrid, so I've upped it to 1350 but having just looked at that scooby site it's put me at (this is losing at 20% calorie reduction with a moderate level of exercise, I've got quite a physical job, I walk everywhere and I'm aiming to work out 3/4…
-
If I know in advance that I'm going out for a meal then I try and incorporate a longer workout that day so as to make sure I have the cals spare :D Failing that I just don't worry about that one time and make sure I'm on it for the rest of the time! :)

This happens regularly to me, it's nothing to worry about or get down over, my weight varies from day to day and sometimes it's up, sometimes it's down! The overall result is what you're going for, the odd blip, and that is what it is, just a blip, doesn't change the overall result! :D
-
When I'm really in the zone I tend to pre-pack my work lunches. It's really easy to just pick up whatever's on the staff room table otherwise! If I've just got my packed goodies, I'm safe! :D
-
Think of how awesome it will be to have the result as a *real* surprise! If you stick to everything the result is bound to be great, you wouldn't want to spoil it for yourself! :D
-
You look awesome!! congrats and well done!

Awesome job! :D

That's awesome! Well done! :D
