How to stay off the scale for 13 days??

So i've decided to weigh myself next friday (13 days from now) . how can i not be tempted to weigh myself until then?? it seems like i weigh myself every 2-3 days cuz i basically just have no self control lol i weigh in and record my weight every monday, but i'm gonna switch it to next friday so it gives me plenty of time to lose the last 2.5 pounds of my 140's (hopefully with 13 days of good eating + exercise i'll weigh 139) does anyone have tips/advice/opinions???

I hide my scale in a place that's not easy to get to, lol. I figure that by the time I get a chair to pull it out of the cupboard, I will have convinced myself not to do it. I also find the desire to weigh is much less when the scale is not in a convenient location.0

give the scale away to a friend or your mom for the duration and DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSES!!!! You can do it if you try!!0

Think of how awesome it will be to have the result as a *real* surprise! If you stick to everything the result is bound to be great, you wouldn't want to spoil it for yourself!0

Instead of focusing on numbers, focus on how you feel and look. Try to guess how much you will weigh after the 13 days of waiting and see how accurate you are. If you have lost more than you anticipated it will be a pleasant surprise and if you haven't, it will give you a boost to stay on track.0

I used to be obsessed with weighing myself like every day because I wanted to see quick results even though that's not possible, however since I've started listening to Paul Mckenna's advice I do not feel the need to weight myself as often. I'm going to hold off on weighing myself for at least a week (longer if I can). I think that hiding the scales is a good idea0
