I think the occasional day really doesn't make that much of a difference :) I was freaking out about going over my limit as well, but aslong as you carry on the next day with the limits and the exercise as usual, you don't want to make yourself ill. I searched "cheat day" on here earlier and it made me feel a lot better…

It's so much easier to stick with habit and just eat what's there, we've ALL been there! You've done the right thing by knowing that you need to stop, and you being on here will definitely help with staying on track! You'll get there!

I found that cutting down on meat rather than cutting it out completely worked better for me, I suppose it's up to you though :) As long as you're making sure you're getting the things you need elsewhere I don't think it's a bad thing :)

I usually get the smallest bag they have and work it in the same as you did, even if I have to have extra exercise in there to do it! :) Don't beat yourself up over it, you're not doing it every day :)
