Ok, this one got me a little misty eyed! I am also "not a runner", but got it in my head that I want to do a 5k. I start c25k tomorrow. I thought I would just be happy to finish one, now I actually believe I CAN run one! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I was also concerned about my Sundays off! I've been on MFP for about 10 weeks now & have been a little slow to see progress (8 lbs so far). I have done well w/ my eating habits & workout 6 days a week mixing up my cardio & strength training. I do wonder if my body really does NEED the day off?!?

I totally understand!! I have been married 9 years w/ 2 kids ages 8 & 6. I work, but only part time, because like you said if I worked any more hours I couldn't afford the child care before & after school! Our income has DECREASED by 50% since last year due to layoffs & this is definitely the off season for my husbands…
