INCHES!! I still climb on the scale every day, mostly because Im obsessive complusive about it, but when the damn scale is not moving, taking my inches can be VERY satisfying! And not to mention, going to the clothing store and suddenly being a size smaller is awesome!

Yeah, I have gone for weeks at a time without losing.... one week isnt really a plateau.
