Yeah, its deplorable that they are abusing the rights that kids like Spc. Wyatt and many other soldiers died protecting. I have some friends who wont be part of the human wall, because they cant be entirely sure that they can keep their tempers in check... might just punch Fred Phelps in the mouth!

This works for me too... but only usually after a 3 week scale and inches stall.... I still log it, and move on, and usually a couple of days later the scale starts moving again!

Yup, sundays are my "off days"... I dont pig out and go nuts, and I usually still count those days, but I let myself loose a little bit. I also take sundays off of working out... its my complete enjoy a good lunch with my family day.. :)

5'7" 169lbs... size 10 or 12, really depends on the "give" in the denim. Sucks being in between sizes though... rapidly approaching a really comfortable 10... goal is 6/8

HAHAHAHAHAH!!! You just made me shudder, I used to do the preset HIIT on a treadmill, until one day I wasnt paying attention and the damn thing sped up and I kissed the floor.... HIIT treadmill - no bueno...!
